Founded by Meana in 2006 as a small passion project under the name B You Photography, we grew and rebranded in 2020 when Brittany, Meana’s talented niece, joined the team. With Brittany on board, our dream transformed into Lace and Lens Studio, a vibrant photography experience full of life and color.
Our style? Think classic meets modern, with a bold, colorful twist. We love capturing the energy and emotion of each moment, making sure that every detail shines through with a touch of elegance and a pop of personality. In May 2022, we took things to the next level and opened our own studio in the heart of Amherst, Ohio. Our studio is not just a space—it’s a creative hub where laughter, connection, and artistry come together.

Hey there! I’m Meana, the heart behind Lace and Lens Studio. I’m a mom to a beautiful daughter who's off to college—she’s actually the reason I first picked up a camera! From the moment she was born, I knew I wanted to capture every precious memory because, let’s be real, they grow up way too fast.
I’m also married to my high school sweetheart (yes, true love stories do exist!), and most days you’ll find me in comfy leggings... though I do love a good excuse to dress up. I’m shy at first, but once I warm up, get ready—I’ll be chatting your ear off!
A few fun facts about me: I’m a rom-com fanatic (bring on the happy endings!), Halloween is my favorite season (minus the scary movies, thank you very much), and I have absolutely no rhythm but if there’s music playing, you can bet I’ll be wiggling to the beat! I’m all about making genuine connections with people, and I believe in creating photos that capture not just a moment, but a memory you can hold onto forever. I’m a proud Scorpio—honest, straight to the point, and not one to offend easily.

Hey there! I’m Brittany, the other half of Lace and Lens Studio. I’m a wife to my wonderful, supportive husband, who I’ve known since we were kids, and a proud mom of two incredible little ones who keep life exciting and full of love. I know firsthand how fast time flies—Kenny Chesney was right… DON’T BLINK!
Now, let’s talk about the fun stuff! I’m crazy about anything with four legs and fur. As a Leo, I bring energy, passion, and a little bit of fire to everything I do! I also have a love for crystals, and you’ll probably find a few tucked in my bag for good vibes. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me binge-watching crime documentaries or dancing around my kitchen with my favorite playlist on full blast—which, by the way, probably includes Tupac and Biggie, but don’t be surprised if I start rocking out to Mushroomhead or Disturbed too!
